My wife and I were fortunate to have Caroline as our realtor during our recent home purchase. Caroline was fantastic. She came prepared with lots of data, and provided us with all of the information we needed to understand the market. When we reached out to Caroline, we already had a specific house in mind, and her knowledge and experience were greatly beneficial since we were first-time home buyers. She skillfully and calmly guided us through the entire process, and strongly advocated on our behalf. After our offer was already accepted, we ended up finding additional unreported pest damage and evidence of termites that wasn't in the initial seller inspection report. Caroline went to bat for us with the seller and their agent and ended up getting the seller to help pay for the damage. While I can't guarantee that a similar situation would play out the same way everytime, I can guarantee that she will do everything in her power to advocate for you and make sure you have all of the information you need to make a smart purchase that you will feel good about. We were matched randomly through Zillow with Caroline after we had a poor experience with a different agent. We are so glad we found her! Our previous agent was completely hands-off and took very little time, if any, to explain the buying process to us, being first-time home buyers. We had submitted an offer on a home (after being told to bid something unrealistic and outside of what we were comfortable with) and weren't even walked through the documents we were signing.
